Any document issued in the United States that is intended for use in China must be authenticated and legalized by the Chinese Embassy or Consulates.  These types  of documents include: FBI background check, diploma, birth certificate, marriage certificate, power of attorney, affidavit of single status, business license, certificate of good standing, certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation, by-laws, and other business documents for use/set-up of business in China.

Instructions before sending your document:

1. Have your document properly notarized with a notarial statement;
2. Have your document authenticated by the Secretary of State where the notary public is commissioned. If you want, we can do the service for you too.  Just add it to the order form.

4. Provide a photocopy of the applicant’s ID (Passport vital page and signature page or driver’s license).
5. The original notarized/authenticated document and photocopy of the document (all pages).
